Sorry I’ve been a little M.I.A. here. An old friend of mine is dealing with a loss and I’ve been trying to find ways to help.
It’s tough to watch someone you care about in pain. It’s tough when you can’t fix it.
For the past couple years, I’ve known that running and yoga were things that I did so that I could be more helpful to others, but until now I’ve never realized how helpful and healing they can be. It’s comforting to know I can depend on that. I hope it helps you too.
