hey. I’m Kellie, and, as the name of this blog implies, I like running and yoga. And that’s what this blog is about. Occasionally, I eat things that aren’t total garbage and you’ll find some stuff about that, too. Although, rest assured that I eat plenty of things that aren’t garbage (ice cream is a food group onto itself in my diet), but odds are I probably won’t be blogging about that. I’m not a chef, or a registered dietitian, or a personal trainer I’m not even a very experienced athlete (I completed my first and, hopefully not only marathon in January). I’m just a twenty-something who loves running and yoga and decided to blog about it.
